Veronica Paladin, MSW

Psychotherapist
MI
Hi there, I'm Veronica! Are you ready to feel emotionally healthier and happier, but things aren't changing? We aren’t meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. I know how difficult this first step can be, but you do have the capacity to overcome and heal. Anxiety, trauma, failed relationships, and insecurities don't have to run your life anymore. If you are ready to say “yes” to changing your life, the time is now. I am an experienced mental health therapist with a master’s degree from the University of Chicago. I enjoy helping people overcome anxiety, navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and build more fulfilling relationships. My approach As a relational therapist, I am interested in how relationships affect change. I also utilize evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I view suffering through existential and humanistic lenses and occasionally incorporate humor in the therapeutic work. My focus I love working with all types of clients, but I most often find myself working with people who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundaries, and healing from complex relational trauma. My communication style My style is active, direct, honest, and nurturing.
