Life can feel especially overwhelming when you are navigating the world as a neurodivergent person, particularly within systems that were not designed with cultural or neurological diversity in mind. Many of the individuals I work with experience chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or self-criticism shaped by years of masking, marginalization, or feeling misunderstood. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, make meaning of these experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I provide neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive therapy for adults, adolescents, and families. As a Latina clinician, I hold a deep respect for the ways culture, identity, family systems, and intergenerational experiences influence mental health. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I prioritize practical strategies that honor individual nervous systems, communication styles, and sensory needs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and later obtained my Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over twelve years of experience across outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, community-based services, and private practice. Together, we will identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop tools that support regulation, authenticity, and well-being. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I invite you to contact me to see if we are a good fit.
