Through my work with clients, I have discovered the transformative power of combining psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe that gaining self-awareness about our underlying beliefs and conditioning allows us to move forward in a more conscious and empowered manner.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a supportive and compassionate environment for therapy, where I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of considering and honoring the entirety of one's mind being: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives can bring about a sense of calm and liberation. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds, various racial and ethnic identities, and differing sexual orientations.

There will be a "to-do" list of documents we ask you to complete within 24 hours. This will be where you have your scheduled session with your provider via telehealth, you will log back into your portal the day of your appointment and click the link to start your session.
