Welcome! I have been a social worker for over 20 years and started my career working in nonprofits providing clinical care and managing others. In 2020, I began my own independent therapy practice. I believe there is good in everyone and everyone deserves support.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I feel strongly that my first duty is to help you become comfortable and feeling safe in our work. I tend to ask questions to help you come to your own conclusions, next steps, etc. While I believe in learning about who you are, I enjoy providing you with coping skills that can be used when we are not working together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After meeting a few weeks, our sessions will start by exploring anything new, how you did using coping skills since we last met, and any topics that you want to explore. I feel strongly that you are the driver of the process!
