What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma informed care. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward your personal goals in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying your goals for therapy. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. In follow up sessions, we will explore challenges, identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and track your progress. My sessions are collaborative, interactive, and solution focused, providing a supportive space where you can gain insight, develop effective strategies, and work toward lasting emotional well being.
