I recognize that trauma and difficult life circumstances can leave you feeling lost and without hope. I’m here to hold that hope for you and help you take it back. I am particularly focused on working with women who have experienced trauma. I also offer weekend intensives (in person) to jump start your healing. Aside from trauma recovery, I also specialize in anxiety/phobia management, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based therapies (treatments proven to work; e.g., Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure) and mind-body practices (e.g., mindfulness, mindful movement, and dance) to address your recovery as a whole person.
