Hi! I'm Vicki, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Are you struggling with problems that negatively impact your quality of life? Tired of trying to figure out how to change things on your own? I would love to work with you to help sort through those challenges that keep you from living the life you want to enjoy.
I enjoy the art of applying a unique blend of mental health and behavioral approaches to life's problems. I love supporting motivated individuals in identifying areas of their lives that stand in the way of experiencing the high-quality life they want and deserve.
Whether you're dealing with relationship or family issues, overwhelm, anxiety, or depression, I am here to help you identify what's not working and guide you toward balance and inner calm.
Together, we can create a safe space for you to share and develop new skills. As we work together, I will provide research- and evidence-based tools and techniques to address those challenging areas of your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?
In our sessions, you will have a safe space in which to share and be heard. I will listen, I will ask you for information and clarification, and I will share my knowledge and experience by providing guidance and specific problem-solving tools, tips and techniques. Together, we will build a relationship that is based on mutual trust, sharing, and empathy. I will be here for you for as long as you need and as often as you need to feel heard, validated, and supported.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
