My goal is to create a comfortable environment for you to trust me and the process of your healing journey. I offer many therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs including CBT, DBT, EFT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions will include exploring your past to help identify patterns connected with current symptoms, psychoeducation, challenging limiting beliefs, processing thoughts and feelings, and completing assignments to help improve your overall functioning.
