What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe its essential to meet the individual where they're at and respect where they would like to see themselves in the future with the help of therapy. I feel that its essential to work collaboratively with individuals on their treatment goals. My therapy style combines a variety of techniques to help individuals reach their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Open communication about the techniques/approaches that work best for the person allow success in the therapy. It is quite beneficial to focus on strengths & skills that can be used to help work through difficult times. You are taking the first step in creating a happier, healthier more insightful you and it would be my pleasure to help you in this process!
