MI
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) with a Master's degree from Spring Arbor University and have a certification in school social work. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I currently serve as a high school social worker and provide therapy in private practice. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and uncover meaningful paths toward healing, self-awareness, and fulfillment. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach that integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. I tailor our work to your specific needs and goals-whether you're managing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. In therapy, I focus on helping you regain a sense of control and agency. You'll find a warm, non-judgmental space where your voice is heard and valued. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back and work toward creating a life that feels more balanced and purposeful.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
