With years of experience, my life’s greatest passion is to help people become the greatest version of themselves. Compassion, energy, and nonjudgment set me apart while we create a supportive space to process your emotional experience. My approach to therapy is an integrative, client-centered, strengths-based approach. Together, we can help identify tools to make the changes you wish to see in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, my primary focus is to assist my clients in understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations are all interconnected. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you take problems that are overwhelming and break them up into manageable parts. My approach to therapy sees the client as a whole person (humanistically, integratively, cognitively, and psychodynamically). During a typical intake process, I will ask you questions about your health, mental health, work-life balance, and day-to-day responsibilities. This will give me a foundational history for the two of us to begin working on goals that will help you manage your life from a different perspective. In our work together, progress will look like taking small manageable steps toward managing your emotions and work-life balance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Core values are the fundamental beliefs of any individual. The principles guide you to determine the path that best suits your purpose. Growing up as the oldest of three children, I was always helping and protecting my younger siblings. At a very young age, I knew that helping others be the best version of themselves was a passion and calling for me. I bring this same approach to my sessions. By meeting my clients where they are in life, I bring the human side to therapy, allowing the person to feel safe and comfortable to express their deepest thoughts and concerns. Through the therapeutic alliance, I provide coping mechanisms and tools that empower individuals to make much-needed changes in their lives.
