With over 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing developmental disabilities as well as emotional and mental disorders. My goal is to help you find balance while striving for your highest ideals and best life. I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are. That's why I use a variety of approaches based on a thorough and complete assessment, tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs. I am compassionate, understanding, and insightful—qualities that are crucial in identifying and correcting limiting thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs. In these unprecedented times, mental hygiene and wellness are of the utmost importance. Depression, isolation, anxiety, and trauma can make daily life challenging, but with the proper attitude and support from counselors, friends, family, and associates, we can emerge successful from these challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, stress, and trauma.
