I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Having worked in nonprofit, private, and government sectors, I have experience working with clients of all ethnic backgrounds, economic circumstances, and ages. I most often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to establish goals and process barriers. I offer a supportive, informal setting to make my clients most comfortable and meet them where they are. I am most experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, stress, career challenges, and managing day-to-day stressors. I look forward to supporting you! Availability: M-F, 10:15 am - 11:15 am EST, M, T, W, Th 05:30 pm - 06:30 pm EST, and M, W, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST. Other days/times available upon request. :)
