What should a new client know about working with you?

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I especially enjoy working with clients who are exploring identity, navigating life with multiple diagnoses, and building resilience after trauma. With past experience in crisis work, I specialize in helping clients manage chronic suicidality and reducing self-harming behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

People often reach out for support with: -ADHD or autism making everyday life feel exhausting or inconsistent -anxiety or depression that comes and goes unpredictably -burnout that doesn’t fully resolve, even with rest -trauma responses that feel confusing or hard to control -identity questions, masking, or feeling disconnected from yourself We start with what feels most urgent right now. From there, we look at patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build on your existing strengths so things feel more manageable over time.
