Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it's important to remember that there's no "right" time to begin, and no "right" answers. Whether it's your first session or your fifth, I'm here to support you at your own pace, whenever you're ready. In sessions, I like to keep things conversational while staying focused on your goals. I believe therapy is most effective when we can connect on a human level, so I bring empathy, compassionate humor, and a touch of sass to our work together, all while keeping your goals front and center. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Bachelor's degree from Iona University. What I find most rewarding as a therapist is witnessing clients achieve their personal goals and live their best lives-whatever that looks like for them. I prioritize helping clients set meaningful goals right from the start. Therapy is your journey, and I'm here to help you make the most of it. If there's one thing I hope clients take away from our sessions, it's that you deserve the space and support to achieve your goals, and if we're not the right fit, you deserve to find a therapist who is.
