I have experiece working with a wide array of mental health concerns & have worked with individuals across the lifespan. I find joy & passion in helping others overcome their psychological challenges so that they can enjoy & live their lives to the fullest.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I pull from various techniques & methods including, but not limited to: CBT, Mindfulness, strengths-based, Narrative & solution-focused. I take a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are & individualize their treatment plan to their strengths, needs & goals, all through a compassionate lens.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In session we will look at multiple aspects of concerns, including what works well, what does not, what concerns or challenges you have. We will work to establish coping & communication skills as well as create action plans for triggers.
