“I've been working with Dr. Victoria for about a year now, and I so appreciate her humor, her realness, and her ability to help me understand myself better. She is able to challenge my growth in a way that gives me hope that one day I'll "reach" my goals, while reminding me we are all on a journey - and that's ok. She is able to point out growth that I can't see yet, and is help make hard lessons a little easier. So grateful for her!”

Dr. Panna has made therapy an enjoyable experience. She has a pleasant demeanor, is open minded and offers obtainable solutions. These attributes make for comfortable sessions even when discussing issues that may not be so comfortable. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of therapy services.
Dr. Victoria Panna is a very wonderful and caring professional! She has helped me through a lot of my self worth issues and always allows me to come out of each session heard and supported!
I enjoy that we get right to it in our sessions, she allows space for silence when I need to reflect, she infuses humor when appropriate, she gives me steps to work on each week but makes me go slow so I don’t get overwhelmed but feel accomplished, and I love that she is just real- authentic, honest, and open.
Victoria has taught me to love myself so much more I've made great strides in interpersonal relationships as well as my career.
