Getting to know Victoria Pena

I help women with young children who are filled with self-doubt about their abilities as moms to gain knowledge and understanding of emotional development in children. This empowers them to feel confident in themselves as mothers and to trust their ability to nurture a solid, loving bond with their children. Unlike self-help books and podcasts that offer generalized content for every kind of mama, I focus on helping you, as an individual, identify your specific desires for your parent-child relationship and cultivate unshakeable trust in yourself as a strong and rooted mama. I earned my Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since February 2020. I primarily support adult women with young children who are overwhelmed by worry about their ability to raise happy, healthy kids. I offer various packages designed to provide you with the tools necessary to meet your goals and build lasting confidence in yourself as a mom. I know being a mom is a tough gig, and making time for yourself is not always a priority. Still, I want to support you as you navigate the challenges of motherhood and become the strong, rooted mama you are capable of being. Schedule a free 15-minute meet and greet with me to learn more about my offerings and take action toward the relief you're seeking.

I have been seeing Victoria for several years, and I cannot recommend her enough. Her empathy, compassion, and ability to listen without judgment have made such a difference in my life. Through our sessions, I have made real progress—something I know not only because I feel it, but because my friends and family have noticed the positive changes in me. Victoria creates a safe and supportive space, making it easy to open up and work through challenges. She truly understands the complexities of life, especially for women juggling motherhood and everything that comes with it. If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and helps you grow, I highly recommend Victoria.
