Getting to know Victoria Prisco

High school worked. You had structure. Class schedules. Teachers checking in. Deadlines built in. You thrived. Then college hit. The structure disappeared. Suddenly you were responsible for organizing everything—when to study, when to eat, when to sleep, how to prioritize. The wheels came off. You told yourself you'd figure it out once things settled down. But things never settled down, and you never figured it out. Now? You're perpetually a few minutes late to work. Running out the door to meet friends when you were supposed to be there ten minutes ago. You get work done—but only with a deadline breathing down your neck. Without one, tasks float in limbo indefinitely. The project you've been meaning to start for weeks? Still untouched. You sit back at the end of the day and feel like you wasted it. You were busy, but not much actually got done. You've started countless planners, calendars, organizers, apps. They work for a week. Maybe two if you're lucky. Then they're abandoned, one more thing you couldn't keep up with. Your house is messy. Dishes piled up in the sink. Laundry is done but lives in the basket, never folded or put away. Your car is a disaster zone. Your inbox is a black hole with 3,000 unread emails. Romantic relationships keep failing because you can't keep up with the invisible maintenance they require—the texts, the plans, the follow-through. But on the outside? You mask perfectly. Always a smile on your face. You bend over backwards for everyone else. Your appearance is put together. Hair done, outfit coordinated. You just hope no one looks in your car or shows up at your house unannounced. Your anxiety is sky high. You're exhausted from performing competence while feeling like you're drowning. The thing you want most is to "have it all together." But you have no idea how to get there, and every failed attempt makes you feel worse.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It is your responsibility to know what your personal insurance plan covers. Zocdoc does not do eligibility checks, the system will tell you that you are in network based on what you've checked in the zocdoc system, not based on what your plan covers. For ex: BCBS has location restrictions on certain policies. Meaning if your policy is an HMO and not Highmark, your plan may consider me out of area which is out of network for you. If you tell zocdoc that you have a BCBS ppo plan, it will inaccurately report in network. I am in network with Aetna, UHC, BCBS commercial plans only (through your workplace). I cannot submit claims for Marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid plans.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm Victoria. Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in executive functioning therapy for neurodivergent adults. This isn't sitting on a couch talking about your feelings for an hour. Sessions are 30 minutes—focused, direct, and designed for the neurodivergent brain that works best with structure and clarity. We use daily data tracking to see what's actually getting in your way—not what you think should work, not what works for neurotypical people, but what's happening in your specific life with your specific brain. You'll track anxiety, focus, energy, what happened each day. Over a few weeks, patterns emerge. The guesswork disappears. Then we build sustainable systems that work for how your brain actually operates. Not generic productivity hacks. Not another planner you'll abandon. Real strategies based on your data, your patterns, your neurology. This requires active participation. You show up to sessions with intention. You do daily tracking. You practice new skills between sessions. You invest in changing habits. This isn't passive therapy where you talk and I listen. This is collaborative work where you're building executive functioning skills that actually stick. If you're ready to stop performing competence and start genuinely functioning—book a session. If you're not ready to do the work outside of sessions, this isn't the right fit yet.

Victoria is an excellent choice for anyone looking for solution-focused guidance on ADHD, executive function, or anxiety. I highly recommend!
I am so surprised by my experience based on the 5 star reviews on here. My initial appointment was great. We scheduled for the next week and specifically discussed 11am Arizona time as she is on the East coast (there was an 8am slot and I mentioned how 8 doesn't work because that's when I drop my son off at school). The day of my appointment, I try to login and my link is invalid. I text Victoria and she says my appointment was earlier and the link no longer works. I'm very confused and say my appt was 11. She says, yes it's now 2. I say it is 11 in AZ, thinking the mixup is very clear. She disagrees. I ask when I can call to further discuss, and she responds with "there is no further discussion" and won't respond to me. I've been charged for the session and am unable to access my client portal. I am in disbelief a therapist would treat a new patient this way.

I really liked that the appointment was specifically for ADHD. Victoria listened and for one of the first times ever a therapist gave me items to work on between sessions. I walked away from my first session feeling very hopeful.
My experience was exceptional! She was a great listener and had many useful strategies/ techniques to help me with my concerns.
I saw Victoria for issues with my anxiety and past trauma and he has been wonderful! She makes me feel comfortable and I feel like she actually cares about how I'm feeling. Sometimes it's hard to find the right person to talk to, but I knew very quickly that Victoria was the right person for me. I would recommend her to anyone that is struggling!
Loved meeting Vitoria. She has excellent ‘bedside manner’, very calm, kind and compassionate. I felt very comfortable around her and would definitely recommend her to all my friends.
I absolutely recommend working with Tori. Ive struggled with Anxiety for as long as I can remember...but Tori taught me real world ways to manage it in my every day life. I always felt like I was being held back in my personal and professional life by my anxiety. I finally feel like I've broken through. I feel like the person I know I can be.
I can highly recommend Level Up Wellness. I left my session feeling confident in facing life’s challenges. She was quick to respond and was easy to talk to. She was professional, positive, and created an environment where I felt calm and safe.
I cannot express enough how much she helped me in my situation. Victoria have a very professional manor along with high level of expertise that was able to guide me through my troubles. I highly recommend her to anyone needing these type of services.
I was so pleased I reached out to Ms. Prisco. After being in four years of cognitive behavioral therapy, I wasn't making much progress. Victoria was so open-minded and treated me like a person not a number. Using art in my sessions showed me things about myself I had no clue needed help. It was an easy decision to continue service with her. She takes therapy and makes it comfortable and safe. I highly recommend her services.
Tori is so caring and ready to help. I loved how comfortable I felt talking to her. She is really insightful and helps me to think about my problems in a new light. I am really grateful to have her as my therapist.
She provided me with a very structured approach to my treatment that I really appreciated. She was always very positive and gently accountable. Would recommend
I've been seeing Victoria for about 2.5 years and have had the most incredible experience. She is kind, compassionate and never judgmental. I can tell that she really cares about what I am going through and actually gives me concrete tools that I can use in my everyday life that help me manage my anxiety. It's not just a vent session. I struggle with being kind to myself and having a negative mindset overall, and Victoria has helped me unlearn so many thought patterns that I never even knew I had. I highly recommend her if you are looking to make a huge positive change in your mental health.
My sleep improved after learning skills to reduce my rumination. Not only that but the sessions were comfortable and well managed. Definitely recommend!
