Victoria Sayenko, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
I’m Vicki. I help people who tend to overthink, stay busy, or try to manage everything on their own, and finally get some relief. My approach is down-to-earth and honest. In therapy, we slow things down, look at what’s really going on underneath, and find what actually helps you feel like yourself again. My approach My approach is collaborative and focused on what feels most helpful for you. I draw from IFS, person-centered, and CBT methods to explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck while building tools that bring real relief. We move at your pace with curiosity and honesty so therapy feels supportive, not overwhelming. My focus I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are used to managing everything for everyone else and are ready to understand why they feel stuck or on edge. I help them slow down, make sense of their emotions, and build more balance and self-trust in their lives. My communication style My communication style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth, with a touch of humor when it fits. I want clients to feel comfortable being real, even when things are messy. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and use gentle humor to help bring perspective and ease into the work. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist came from working through my own experiences with trauma, change, and uncertainty. I know what it’s like to carry a lot and still keep going. Those experiences shaped my belief that healing happens through understanding, self-compassion, and steady, realistic growth. My goals for you I help clients set goals that feel realistic and meaningful, not forced or rushed. We start by understanding what’s underneath the patterns or emotions getting in the way, then build small, consistent steps toward change. I use IFS, CBT, and solution-focused strategies to help clients stay grounded, notice progress, and grow.
