Getting to know Victoria Solari

I will meet you where you are in your change process with curiosity and kindness. I respect your inherent unique value and believe in your resilience and capacity for healing. I am here to help through a collaborative therapeutic relationship with you. In my practice, I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing on psychodynamic and behavioral modalities to support insight, acceptance, and change. I am grateful to participate in the healing journeys of my clients and to witness their growth. I empathize deeply and am sensitive to the complexities of their lived experiences. I am always learning from my clients. I have worked with teens, adults, and families, specializing in mood, anxiety, and co-occurring issues. I am trained as a group therapist and have facilitated many process, support, and psychoeducational groups in a variety of settings. My experience includes providing trauma-informed treatment at several intensive outpatient programs, offering group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention services. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, which has enriched my understanding and skills in supporting clients through their healing and growth.
