My practice is Person-Centered and my approach is eclectic, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as my main treatment approaches. Specialties include Depression, Anxiety, grief, Couples Counseling, Premarital Counseling, Relationship Issues, Substance Use Disorder, and Anger Management. We are more interested in clients seeking long-term care for desired health outcomes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A session is 45 to 60 minutes long, The focus is on problem-solving. You will describe your current situation, and share your thoughts and feelings about it, and the therapist will use his expertise to assist you in trying to resolve the problem so you can move closer to having the life you wish to have.

I struggle with depression. It's sometimes hard for me to open up, but Vincent was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel silly. He also gave me some really helpful tips to use when I start feeling down on myself.
I like it and it was time and money well spent.
