Vincent Dimone, LMHC

Psychotherapist
WA
I have broad experience in the information and communications business and non-profit sectors, and incorporate ideas in my work in psychotherapy with individuals or couples going through challenging moments requiring deep exploration for developing positive and meaningful solutions. My approach I hope to offer a humanistic, integrative helping hand to clients feeling "stuck" in the moment and experiencing real desire to change something in their lives. Are you seeking to become more authentic, more purposeful, more genuinely YOU? Let us explore and collaboratively develop meaningful, fulfilling solutions. My focus For clients who are struggling with anxiety, uncertainty about themselves or a relationship, or perhaps some external situation, I attempt to serve as a companion -guide in clarifying issues and encouraging real belief and capacity to resolve problems and obtain lasting, wholesome relief and perhaps new opportunities for future-forward success. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. My journey to mental healthcare When I finished college in the 1970s, the nation was in the midst of the tragedy unfolding of the Vietnam War. Longing to help promote world peace, I joined the Peace Corps and served in overseas health care. Returning to the U.S., I sought to provide ongoing human services in a variety of workplace venues and help resolve people's challenges. My goals for you “I see therapy as a true partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.”
