I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, and life transitions. What should a new client know about working with you?

I blend trauma-informed and somatic approaches with evidence-based tools such as CBT, addressing both the mind and the body. I work with individuals and couples navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or challenging relational patterns. At the core of my work is the belief that everyone makes sense and is doing the best they can with the resources they have.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me begins with a check in to see how you are feeling and decide on the focus you would like to take to make the most of your time. We might pick up on a theme from last session, focus on an issue that has come up the previous week, or delve into something from the past that is influencing your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors today. I do provide structure and am not a "listen and reflect back everything back" therapist.
