I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model — the right fit depends on you, your goals, and what's realistic for your life right now. My style is active and hands-on. I'll bring structure, feedback, and sometimes homework or exercises between sessions — The goal is to help guide you towards finding your own answers and gain your own insights in this therapeutic process. You'll leave our work together with tools and insights you can keep using long after therapy ends.
