Virginia Gardiner, LPC Virginia Gardiner is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2012. She has a B.A. from the University of Delaware, an M.B.A. from Villanova University, and an M.A. from Eastern University. Virginia has been in practice for more than 10 years and values helping a wide variety of clients overcome various mental health issues. She has a special interest and expertise in working with trauma survivors, but also helps clients with “everyday” challenges like anxiety and mild-moderate depression. Virginia is trained in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma treatment approach. In addition to using EMDR, she strives to help clients gain insight into their deeply held emotions and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that keep them from reaching their goals. Virginia believes that therapy is most successful when it involves identifying and building on her clients’ innate strengths and wisdom. When not working, Virginia enjoys being with family, friends, and pets, and spending time in the garden or anywhere out in nature.
