Virginia Morris, LCSW

Psychotherapist
PA
Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction start to take over the space you need to breathe, connect, and grow. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages who are ready to move toward healing and a greater sense of balance in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, I work to create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build new skills for resilience and self-compassion. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients through anxiety, addiction recovery, life transitions, and trauma—including religious trauma and the challenges faced by members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, and together, we’ll work to uncover what healing looks like for you. If you’re ready to begin this process or even just curious about what therapy could offer, I’d love to meet you where you are. Let’s take the next step—together.
