Anxiety and stress are unfortunately lifelong and can ebb and flow at different levels when events-often outside of our control-converge all at once! The same goes for depression, which is such a dark place to be when you feel all alone, unsure how to get yourself out of the pit of sadness. It is during those times that having a therapist can truly help you calm your mind and refocus on tasks to reclaim yourself. Maybe you are facing a career change? Together, we will find ways to heal and return to your life! Have chronic pain? I can teach you mindfulness, guided imagery, and I've been trained in hypnotherapy. Regardless of which method is right for you, seeking inner peace with mindfulness and meditation might be a new way to address the problem.
