Our sessions often begin by exploring whatever feels most present. Whether a memory, emotion, the day, or tension in the body. Over time, we trace patterns between past and present, bringing unconscious dynamics into awareness. Rather than aiming for quick solutions, we stay curious about what emerges in the room. This process allows deeper shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
