I am passionate about this work because I know what it feels like to struggle—and I also know that change is possible. My goal is to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of purpose.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we’ll explore your strengths and identify the barriers that may be keeping you stuck. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build awareness, develop new skills, and move toward the life you were meant to live.
