As a military veteran with overseas experience, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, understanding the complexities of military life and the challenges it brings. I specialize in working with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Abuse, Grief and Loss, Phase of Life issues, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Military/Veteran support, Multicultural/Diversity issues, Psychosis/Schizophrenia, PTSD, Stress, and Trauma. My extensive experience allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My style of counseling is approachable and conversational. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is built upon honesty, non-judgmental respect, compassion, privacy, and sensitivity.
