I am a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan with over 20 years of professional experience working with families, adults, children, adolescents, and in group settings. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. I have experience helping clients with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, as well as motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My goal is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I provide a listening ear, offer feedback, and collaborate with clients to create goals that help them see their own path to well-being.
