What should a new client know about working with you?

TAL COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER reserves the right to report any outstanding fees to the National Credit Bureau. Any past due or unpaid amount will be subject to collections fees, attorney fees, Court procedures fees and interest. Due to internal policies, TAL Community Mental Health Center does not refund money. Once the client registers and proceeds with the payment or has attended his first therapy session. If the client decides not to continue with the process, the client can redeem money for any other services. Missed or Canceled Appointments: Please notify me a week in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Unless you give me 48-hour’s notice, and without exception, missed or canceled appointments will incur in 50% of the usual individual session. Sessions canceled at the last minute, that is, 3 to 4 hours before the appointment or no shows, will incur 100% of the cost of the individual session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Keep in mind that to schedule a session with the therapist Vivian Lozada. Once we receive the client's request from Zocdoc, we will contact you shortly to share our registration process and confirm all the provided information, benefits, eligibility, and availability with clients and therapists. Therefore, after the staff verifies the client's insurance plan and therapist availability, we will schedule the session within 48 hours of the intake call so that clients can complete their registration process in time. Having said this, you as a client must know and agree that the center staff won't proceed to schedule appointments on the same day that the team contacts you and that prudent times will be respected to confirm all the information received with the clients and the insurance.
