I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) with extensive experience working with clients of different ages and backgrounds to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, adjustment, communication, stress management, depression, and ADHD. I also work with families and couples who present with significant marital and relationship-related challenges. What should a new client know about working with you?

Whether you are someone engaging in therapy for the very first time or someone who has received therapeutic treatment in the past and is seeking re-engagement, your time in treatment will focus on building a strong foundation so that you are able to feel comfortable and confident in being your authentic self and work through past and current experiences. Space will be created for emotions to be processed, better understood and adequately managed so that the journey of healing is one that is gentle, purposeful and obtainable.
