Getting to know Vivian Pazos

I consider myself a very open-minded person who is willing to help people and enjoy the process of getting them to reach their goals in life. People do not necessarily need to have a mental health diagnosis to receive therapy. Everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that the current social and environmental situation in our society and in the world in general are affecting individuals, families and communities, adding stressful issues to everyone and especially to people in need. My motto is “I’m here to serve.” I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology, earned at the University of Havanna. I completed a PHD in Sociology at Marthin Luther University in Halle Wittenberg, Germany, and a Master of Science in psychology with a major in Marriage and Family therapy at the Carlos Albizu University, Florida USA. I have worked in the field for over 20 years in different positions and serving different populations in the field of mental health. I love to work with my clients, empowering them to reach their goals and providing the necessary tools to manage their own life in a healthy way.
