I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they break free from the chains of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and suicidality, and eating disorders; and work towards developing a better relationship with themselves through building up their feelings of self-compassion, esteem and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings about any topic can be shared without fear of judgment.
