What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach that blends mindfulness, somatic work, EMDR, CBT, and ACT. Together, we can work on not just understanding your struggles, but also gently shifting how they live in your body and nervous system.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work primarily with adult clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or have a history of trauma. During our initial sessions, we will mindfully explore the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you embody your life more fully
