Getting to know Vritti Samtani

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults and couples to explore generational trauma, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Together, we can unpack what’s getting in the way of connection, healing, and growth. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or cycles of family or relational stress, therapy can be a place to reflect and find new ways forward. We all decide to look into therapy for different reasons. During each session, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where honesty, compassion, and “keeping it real” guide the work we do together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you think you are interested in long term services or would like to get a feel for things, our initial consultation with be FREE and for 15 minutes. We will then complete an intake assessment which can take about 90 minutes. Moving forward depending on the desired cadence, each session will be about 60 minutes. I am also available for single sessions or just a few sessions utilizing Solution Focused techniques.
