With over 15 years of experience in providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as psychological testing for diverse populations, I am well-equipped to help you. Together, we will work towards bringing strength and healing into your life. My expertise lies in clinical mental health counseling and psychotherapy. While my approach is predominantly grounded in cognitive theory, I also draw from a humanistic perspective. I integrate various therapeutic styles and techniques to best suit your needs. Additionally, I am a mental health counseling professor, which allows me to bring sound research and comprehensive knowledge to each session.
