With over 25 years of experience in both clinical and school settings, I have worked with preteens, teens, and adults, offering individual, family, and group therapy. I am committed to helping you achieve balance and enhance your mental health and well-being. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and later joined the Army Reserves in 1990. While serving as a U.S. Army Reservist, I obtained my Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from the State University of West Georgia. In 2008, I earned a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Phoenix. I have experience working with children in schools, as well as providing in-home counseling for adolescents, adults, and families. I have also worked with adults and couples in a community outpatient clinic, offering both individual and group therapy. I am dedicated to helping others navigate life's challenges and uncover their inner strengths.
