More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Walter is amazing and has helped me in many ways!
Walter has a quality of genuineness I believe helps to develop our counselor/counselee relationship. He builds trust and makes it easy to discuss difficult issues. His willingness to listen, reflect on the conversation then offer solutions shows he is invested in positive outcomes which makes the counseling sessions feel less clinical.
Dr. Calvo has really listened and helped me figure out how to help myself. Things I learn in one session stay in my head and help my daily life throughout the week, and helps me understand it is I who must want change.
Dr. Calvo has helped me tremendously. His insight, thoughtfulness and professionalism are exceptional. He cares for people. He is cultured and does not judge. I feel. Wey blessed to have him as my Therapist.
