I believe I was put on this earth to help people. I am an excellent listener and seek to learn about my clients as the sessions progress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify causes and steps to a better life. I care about my clients and seek to help them work through issues that may be holding them back. I work with individuals and couples. I have developed my clinical skills through working in different settings and always eager to learn more. My ideal client would be someone who is help seeking and ready to delve into current and past issues that may be holding you back. In addition to CBT, I utilize other schools of thought developing on the needs of the client. I am caring and interested in my clients full rounded life in order to best help them.
