What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before beginning therapy, it is important to review the forms that will be sent after booking with Wanda. These forms will include her practice policies and intake questionnaires. These forms are important to ensure you can quickly begin working towards your therapy goals and get the most out of your sessions. Wanda asks that you please fill out as much as you can before the first meeting, but if you are unable to finish in time, please let her know. Wanda's practice is virtual only, so feel free to join with a cup of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa in hand. The only requirement is that you dress appropriately and ensure you are in a private setting to maintain confidentiality.
