What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused work, but tailored to your pace and your needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, or past trauma, we’ll focus on building real skills, self-compassion, and a stronger connection to who you are and what you want.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and difficulty adjusting to life after difficult situations. Recognizing the significance of the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors; I normally employ cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapy approaches. I may incorporate other empirical therapies as appropriate based on your specific presentation and needs. Most clients I work with report seeing a gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and experience consistent improvement in 8-12 weeks thereafter. Once our treatment goals are reached, maintenance therapy sessions can be discussed for those who would benefit and prefer to remain in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
