I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut and has 20 years of experience and knowledge in the field of Clinical Social Work. She received her MSW with a Certification in Urban Leadership from Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in 2001. I am a self taught artist who appreciates the healing benefits of creative expression. My work is informed by a love of cognitive neuroscience, biochemical processes, philosophy, research, dietary nourishment, faith and spirituality, nature, creativity, and the importance of balance in daily life. Individual sessions are tailored to fit unique goals of each person served to enhance connection with mind, body, community and faith.
