What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and heard. My approach is grounded in respect for your unique life story, and I believe that healing begins with connection. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered approaches to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that promotes growth, clarity, and self-compassion. With over 15 years of experience serving marginalized communities—including immigrants, undocumented individuals, Latino youth, women, and couples—I understand the importance of cultural humility and spiritual sensitivity in therapy. Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or faith-related concerns, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and care. Clients often describe me as compassionate, grounded, and deeply committed to advocacy. I welcome individuals from all walks of life and am especially passionate about supporting those who have historically felt overlooked or unheard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Her vision is to create a space for people of all walks of life to hope, to heal, and to be uplifted. Her spiritual values, life experience, and academic background have given her the tools to be of service to many.
