What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide collaborative, client-centered therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves or others. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, focused on uncovering patterns, building insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to restore clarity, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

My approach is integrative: I draw from cognitive, behavioral, and depth-oriented perspectives, and I’m not afraid to explore the spiritual or existential dimensions of your experience if you’re open to it. Whether we’re talking about emotional burnout, betrayal, family conflict, identity, or meaning, you can expect a space that is warm, structured, and real.
