Hi there, I'm Warren Keith! As a client-centered, trauma-informed therapist, I incorporate a combined approach to assist you with your individual, relational, and spiritual challenges. I provide a safe, empowering, and affirming environment where you, the client, can collaborate with me to find solutions to your life difficulties. My focus You will find a warm and affirming, yet challenging atmosphere in your sessions. We will work together to find solutions to your personal, relational, spiritual difficulties. My approach I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist. I use a combined treatment approach that affirms you as a person and challenges you to become the person you were intended to be, personally, relationally, and vocationally. My communication style I listen a lot. Most of the ideas I use in session come from your thoughts. I am calm, patient, and affirming. I believe this is the environment where you are most likely to find solutions to your difficulties and find the courage to apply these solutions. My journey to mental healthcare I was always the guy people confided in. I went back to school later in life to learn how to truly help people with their difficulties. As I worked through my master's degree program, I developed particular interest in psychological trauma. I continue to broaden my horizons through education and personal growth so that I can better help you. My goals for you We will partner together to find solutions to your difficulties. These solutions will be supplemented with current research data a practical ways to reach your goals.
