With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron and over 9 years of clinical experience, I’ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, as everyone has different needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition to my strengths in treating depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, I really enjoy working with individuals who have experienced trauma, those experiencing relationship issues, and those going through major life changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal as a therapist is to provide as much value as possible during our time together. To do this, we will work together to identify the obstacles that are keeping you from living your best life and set realistic, actionable steps to help you overcome them.
