Getting to know Wayne Woznikaitis
I have been working with individuals, families, couples, and groups for over 20 years as they navigate a wide variety of struggles and challenges. Together, we will set goals, identify obstacles and barriers to success, and strive to make positive changes that enhance overall quality of life. Change can be difficult. My aim is to provide a supportive and validating environment where positive transformation can occur.
I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, life transitions and adjustments, divorce, substance misuse, obsessive-compulsive behaviors and thoughts, anger, Bipolar Disorder, intimate partner violence, behavioral issues in children and teens, trauma and PTSD, sexual issues, suicidal and self-harming thoughts, and more. I also have experience working with those facing more complex challenges, such as personality disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic, and Antisocial Personality Disorders), psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, court-mandated treatment, individuals in high-risk and high-stress professions (e.g., first responders, law enforcement, corrections), and other mental health difficulties.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, compassionate care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Wayne is great! I’ve been to a few therapist but he is hands down my favorite. He is really easy to talk to and get along with. There’s no awkward silence with him. He has also come up with a lot of creative solutions.
